Hjemkundskab
Last Thursday, we started on hjemkundskab instead of woodwork and sewing. It is a 4 hour cooking class. We have made egg salad and cooked pork with potatoes and parsley sauce, with waffles as a dessert. We will continue to make loads of delicious things and I am very excited for next time! Each time, we get a number. Today, I was number 4 and next week, I will be number 1. Numbers 1 and 2 make the main course and wash the dishes, while numbers 3 and 4 make the dessert and set the table. Next time, we will be making a Chinese Curry soup and brownies!

Recipes, recipes, please!! I have my third cooking SEM session today. We're grinding and blending our own Chinese Five Spice and making Long Life Noodles in honor of the lunar new year. I could use some Danish inspiration.
