Packing.... Packing.... Packing....
All day- well, almost. Everyone seems to be in a mood today; sometimes happy, though most sad.
I am really excited to go and experience being a Dane for a year, but I'm REALLY going miss all of my friends. I have never been a new kid at school, besides kindergarten and it will be a big change for me.
To sum it all up, while being completely honest, I feel so small and scared- even more than on the first day of school or going to an audition or even riding a bike for the first time.

Time

7 1/2 days left of school... I don't know whether to be happy or sad. This year has passed so quickly! It feels like yesterday we were the shy little kids stepping into a whole new world!
When I was younger, I always thought that time was so slow. Now that I'm older, I realize that it really isn't. As my mom always says, "Live in the moment and be yourself." My new goal is to follow this motto; I will live in the moment and enjoy being who I am.

Moving 9 Time Zones Away...

So, as some of you know, this summer - on the 26 of June to be exact - I will be moving to Denmark for a year. My family and I believe it will be a great experience for me and my sister to live there because we will be learning more about our Danish culture and our family history.

I have mixed feelings: From happy to go and experience this wonderful opportunity to sad about leaving my friends and family in California. All of you will be deeply missed, though still remembered in my heart. (If you weren't clear... I'm only going for a year) I will try to write on this blog daily about my new life across the globe.
